ABOUT US
Granite State Flash (GSF) is a southern NH based Cross Country and Track & Field club for youth ages six through eighteen. The focus of the Flash program is teaching running as a life long pursuit, increasing athletic skills and personal fitness levels, team competition, and sportsmanship and friendships.
